TSO statuses:
Fingrid status:
-Updated to 4.7.2 in test and prod
-CD in 4.7.2 has an issue that CD seems to get stuck in every 7-8 days with certain setup
-Fingrid is restarting CD every 5 days
-This parameter should be set: ecp.directory.ttl=20000000000 -> but this doesn't seem to help with this issue and CD being down causes issues for endpoints
 
eSett
-Denmark is going live wider in the beginning of Feb -> Danish datahub will start sendin thousands of messages daily
-HA setup seems to be working and no data was lost -> HA setup has been installed to test and prod. Tested with Energinet with thousands of messages
 
SVK
SVK is focusing on monitoring ECP communication
Sync with Energinet coming. Fingrid sync in production coming
Carl-Johan joined to "SVK ECP team".
4.7.2 upgrade is planned.
 
Statnett
No other issues besides 4.7.2 CD issues. 
 
NBM
Milestone B reached. Next milestone is the first of march - plans to send new data then. Environment will be moved to the real environment and new endpoints will be setup March timeframe. 
 
Energinet
Updated to 4.7.2. Some specific issues with docker images / jmx?
 
RSC
NewECP endpoint in Azure Stack should work directly with the backend (at least Fingrid planning to connect to the new RSC endpoint 29.1.)
 
Terms of use
TSOs has reviewed Statnett terms of use document, but there is no decision on should a similar document be written by each TSO. Everyone signing a document when joining the NEM would be too much trouble.
One option is to request ENSTO to add more information to general ECP terms of use.
Conclusion: each TSO should think internally what would be necessary and continue discussion.

Broker and CD both publicly open
 
Statnett:
Broker has 5671 open
CD has 443 open
 
SVK:
Broker 5671 open

Fingrid:
Broker requires whitelisting
CD requires whitelisting
 
Recommendation: Whitelisting with IP is not needed when ECP is used
Access to CD admin page should be prevented -> at the moment the same port is used for that as for the Encpoint sync

Failover broker
Using a failover broker. Options are to have the failover broker in RPN or in the internet
Presentation explains how failover broker would be configured. 
This solution requires configuring failover broker for each endpoint separately. Maintenance would be a  bit hard. To be considered if  the same solution be used for wider number of endpoints. Easy to configure at least for TSO - TSO communication since the number of endpoints is limited.
 
Plan is to move on with this solution in TSO communication in test env
All TSOs should configure failover channel in test  -> Fingrid has to be investigated further because of the firewall preventing the connection.

European level communication (MARI / PICASSO)
MARI Network communication setup reviewed 
New network will be set up for MARI
Proposal from MARI is for each TSO to have their own ECP network that is synced with all other TSOs
NEX will come up with a proposal to MARI/PICASSO - AP: Morten will setup a call with smaller group and the goal is to put together a joint proposal for ECP architecture in european platforms
